Aprelevka Exploration Targets

Gulf data from the late 1990’s and early 2000’s combined with NAEN data and later Tajik data will be used along with new sampling, mapping and drilling to produce an upgraded model of the ore body.

Aprelevka is home to an oxide deposit that is actively being mined. Recently, a new "blind zone" was identified within the deposit, indicating the need for additional drilling to determine its extent and potential. In light of this discovery, there is an ongoing process to revise the mine's operational plan, taking into consideration lower cut-off grades. Additionally, assessments of the waste dump suggest that its average gold content ranges between 0.20 and 1.5 grams per ton, which presents an opportunity for further evaluation and potential processing.

  • Low grade stockpile/waste dump has had grab sampling with grades over 2 g/t achieved. Stockpile /dump to be drilled for possible inclusion in an on-site heap leach pad
  • Pre-stripped Aprelevka East pit to be remodeled during drilling Phases 1 and 2
